Terms of service
Last updated: August 28, 2026
These Terms govern use of the Oh Collègue and 9to5Dawgs websites and purchases made through them. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.
1. Seller and contact
Oh Collègue and 9to5Dawgs are operated by Sainte-Victoire Ventures LLC. Business and mailing address: 102 Gold Ave SW, PMB 347, Albuquerque, NM 87102, United States. Contact: support@colleagues.shop.
2. Scope
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence continue to apply where they provide greater protection. You must have legal capacity to enter into the contract or act with the permission of your legal representative.
3. Made-to-order products
Most products are printed or manufactured on demand by production partners, including Printify and its print providers. Minor differences in placement, color or finish may occur between a digital preview and a physical product because of screens, materials and printing processes. Normal production variations do not remove your rights where a product is materially inconsistent with its description or approved personalization.
4. Personalization and customer content
When you provide a picture, wording, logo or other content, you confirm that you have all rights and permissions required for its reproduction. You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, misleading or infringes a third party’s rights. You grant us and our production partners a limited permission to use that content solely to prepare, manufacture, inspect and deliver your order.
We may refuse or cancel a personalization that is manifestly unlawful or infringes another person’s rights. Any amount paid for the unperformed part of the order will then be refunded.
5. Product information
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, pictures, sizes, characteristics and prices. Dimensions and size guides are estimates and should be checked before ordering. If an obvious error affects an essential term, we will contact you before production so that you can confirm the corrected order or cancel it.
6. Prices, taxes and payment
The price and currency shown on the relevant domain and at checkout apply to the order. Taxes and shipping charges are displayed before submission where they can be determined. Import duties and taxes not collected at checkout may remain payable by the recipient under the destination country’s rules.
Payment is due when the order is placed and is processed by the payment providers available at checkout. An order becomes final only after payment is accepted and the order confirmation is sent.
7. Order review
You must review cart contents, variants, sizes, colors, quantities, text, images and addresses before submitting the order. The electronic confirmation summarizes the essential contract information. We may request additional information needed for personalization, fraud prevention or delivery.
8. Production, changes and cancellation
Production can begin shortly after an order is placed. Contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation. We will try to accommodate the request if production has not started, but cannot guarantee that an order already sent to a facility can be stopped. Cancellation rules, including the exception for clearly personalized goods, are explained in the Return and Refund Policy.
9. Delivery
Production estimates, transit times, split shipments, tracking, charges and delivery incidents are described in the Shipping Policy. You must provide a complete and accurate address. Mandatory rights relating to delay, loss, damage or failed delivery remain unchanged.
10. Returns, refunds and warranties
Cancellation and return rules appear in the Return and Refund Policy. Personalized-product exceptions never apply to defects, damage, seller errors or a failure to conform to the order.
Consumers retain all statutory warranties that apply to them. For consumers protected by French or European Union law, this includes the statutory conformity warranty, generally covering defects that appear within two years after delivery, and any applicable warranty against hidden defects. A covered remedy is provided without charge as required by law.
11. Intellectual property
The trademarks, logos, illustrations, wording, photographs, layouts and other website content, excluding third-party or customer-provided content, are protected by intellectual property rights. No right to reproduce, adapt, distribute or commercially exploit that content is granted beyond normal personal use of the website and purchased products.
12. Website use
You must not disrupt the website, circumvent security measures, use abusive automated processes, introduce malicious code, commit fraud or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access or refuse an order where fraud is reasonably suspected, while respecting customer rights and refunding any unperformed part where a refund is due.
13. Third-party services and links
The website may use or offer services operated by third parties, including Shopify and payment, production, shipping or analytics providers. Their own terms may apply to their services. We remain your seller and point of contact for fulfilling the order; the use of a production partner does not reduce our statutory obligations to you.
14. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss that does not result from our breach. No limitation applies where prohibited, including for personal injury, fraud or willful misconduct, breach of a mandatory consumer right, or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Events beyond reasonable control
Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by an event reasonably beyond its control, provided the affected party informs the other and takes reasonable steps to limit the consequences. Statutory consumer rights in the event of prolonged non-performance continue to apply.
16. Personal data
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Order information may be shared with payment, production and shipping providers only to the extent needed to perform the contract.
17. Complaints and governing law
Send complaints to support@colleagues.shop. We will seek an amicable solution. These Terms are governed by French law, without depriving a consumer of more protective mandatory provisions that apply in their country of residence. Consumers retain the right to bring a claim before any court available to them under applicable rules.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or law. The version applying to an order is the version accepted when the order was placed. The current update date appears at the beginning of this document.
19. Severability
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
